ABSTRACT Students in sections of an undergraduate organizational conduct path were offered with the opportunity to pick out a studying and assessment approach for the direction which first-class appropriate their character mastering styles. Surprisingly, only a few college students took advantage of this opportunity. A learning fashion choices questionnaire decided that there had been variations in the mastering varieties of male and female students. An exit questionnaire captured student rankings of route effectiveness, satisfaction with the path, and motives for his or her selections of mastering and evaluation methods.
